Model and real railways today at Barrow Hill near Chesterfield. Cycled to the event along the Trans Pennine Trail. Very autumnal temperatures!

Went to York on Wednesday to see Mallard leave York Railway Museum towed behind Tornado.

Trans Pennine Trail

On Thursday 17th June we helped the baton relay celebrating 21 years of the Trans Pennine Trail. Jake taking over the baton from a local walking group.

Trip to Sheffield

Jake and I cycled from Meadowhall to Sheffield city centre along the Five Weirs route. Met up with the 'other' two and went on the Sheffield 'eye'.

Cycle Ride

Chesterfield Cycle Campaign had its usual short family ride to celebrate 'summer time'. Good weather for once, in previous years it has been rather wet!

Sustainable Transport

Transport back from a local event making smoothies plus Cycle Campaign stuff. In addition a large bear won in a raffle!
